EA SPORTS just flipped the switch on Ratings Reload — a community-driven refresh for Football Ultimate Team that’s all about fixing the little things you’ve been shouting for (and a few big ones, too).
If you’ve ever wanted better face stats, missing PlayStyles, or a silver squad that actually shines — this event is built around you.

What’s Ratings Reload?
Think of it as a mid-season tune-up for your club. Ratings Reload brings new Live Events, Evolutions, SBCs, and cosmetics — all designed to adjust player face stats, add sought-after PlayStyles, and give you new ways to evolve and personalise your squad.
The twist: many of these changes were inspired directly by community feedback.
Silver Stunners
For the first time in FC 26, FUT is running Silver-only Live Events. Week 1 kicks off with the Silver Warm Up (74 OVR or below), and Week 2 ramps up with the World Tour Silver Superstars.
It’s a great chance to dust off bench players and build niche chemistry — plus the rewards are tailored to make silvers matter.
Evolutions
Ratings Reload expands the Evolution toolkit:
- Comprehensive Glow Up EVOs: broad upgrades that touch every position area, letting you push a player’s capabilities in meaningful ways.
- Positional Evolutions with Roles+: evolve a player into a role that actually fits your tactics. Want that wingback to behave more like a marauding wide midfielder? Now you can nudge them that way.
- Cosmetic Evolutions: because looks matter: stack cosmetics and make your players stand out without losing previous visual upgrades.
These Evolutions are built to be flexible — more options to shape a player’s utility and style rather than forcing one “perfect” path.
Face Stats & PlayStyles
One of the big calls from the community was improving face stats (those little attributes that affect how a player looks and feels on the pitch).
Ratings Reload rolls out themed Evolutions that boost each of the six face stats, while also addressing gaps like missing PlayStyles for players who deserve them.
Expect to see more accurate animations and behaviours that better match a player’s real-life identity.
Squad Building Seasons
Ratings Reload comes with a wave of SBCs to help you rebuild and retool: player picks, Premier League and Ligue 1 Player of the Month SBCs, and other limited-time challenges.
They’re designed to give you tactical depth and fresh tradeable options to take into Live Events or Squad Battles.
Gauntlet Returns
The second Gauntlet of the series goes live during Ratings Reload. It’s the same concept: win multiple matches in succession — but now you’ll need to use completely different squads for each match.
Nail three consecutive wins and the rewards will reflect the squad-building skill that victory requires.
