EA FC 26’s latest squad update (Nov 20, 2025) is now live across PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.
This drop adds 8 players with real faces, two real face managers, national-team roster changes, and a handful of Career Mode wonderkids — plus a set of removals for players who are no longer in-game.

Added Players
Visual authenticity is key for immersion, and this update adds Real Faces to eight specific Players, enhancing realism in the EFL, MLS, and Liga F.
1. Patrick Bamford
Patrick Bamford joins Sheffield United in the EFL Championship as a 70 overall rating striker whose aerial threat and power are plain to see — his 80 Jumping, 74 Shot Power and 75 Strength make him a classic target man who can finish under pressure.
2. Oriol Romeu
Oriol Romeu arrives at Southampton as a combative CDM/CM with a 74 overall rating; his 82 Strength and 85 Aggression give managers a tough, physical pivot while 75 Short Passing keeps his build-up tidy.
3. Joe Ralls
Joe Ralls is now at Plymouth Argyle in League One as a 68 overall rating CM who brings grit and clutch moments — his 78 Aggression, 72 Penalties and 71 Crossing add real utility from midfield.
4. Dynel Simeu
Dynel Simeu turns up for Oldham Athletic as a 61 overall rating centre-back whose 80 Strength and 72 Jumping make him a reliable aerial presence and an ideal young enforcer at the back.
5. Kemar Roofe
Kemar Roofe signs for Walsall as a versatile 68 overall rating forward (ST/CAM) with quick feet — 72 Agility, 71 Shot Power and 71 Composure mean he can finish or drop deep and link play when needed.
6. Diadié Samassékou
Diadié Samassékou lands at Houston Dynamo as a 73 overall rating CDM/CM who excels at snuffing danger: 83 Interceptions, 80 Balance and 78 Agility make him a modern defensive midfielder who recovers well and starts transitions.
7. Jaílson
Jaílson joins Los Angeles FC as a 73 overall rating CDM/CB hybrid whose 78 Jumping and 76 Stamina back up his 73 Defensive Awareness — a coach’s option for both the pivot and the back line.
8. Ange N’Guessan
Ange N’Guessan arrives at Tenerife as a 74 overall rating winger (RW/RM) whose 82 Dribbling, 81 Shot Power and 80 Long Passing make him a dangerous wide creator who can cut inside or spray incisive crosses.
Added Managers
The touchline looks more realistic with the addition of two new Managers with Real Faces.
Rob Edwards
Rob Edwards is now available as a real-faced manager for Wolverhampton Wanderers (Premier League), giving EA FC 26 Career Mode a pragmatic, defensive-minded option on the touchline.
Daniele De Rossi
Daniele De Rossi joins the manager roster as Genoa’s real-faced coach (Serie A), offering managers a tactical, leadership-focused choice for Italian projects in EA FC 26 Career Mode.
Removed Players
This update removes five players with real faces because they are now listed without an in-game club:
Metehan Baltacı (Galatasaray) and Valber Huerta (Universidad Católica) have been removed as they are currently without a club.
In terms of Transfers, Luis Romo has been removed from the Mexico national team pool after his move to Deportivo Guadalajara, a club not featured in the game.
Similarly, Hakim Ziyech leaves the Morocco roster following his transfer to Wydad Casablanca.
Selim Amallah is also removed from the Morocco squad after moving to Khor Fakkan SSC, as neither of their new Clubs are not in EA FC 26.
National Teams Rosters
This squad update changes the national teams’ rosters in EA FC 26.
Italy: Gianluca Scamacca and Alessandro Buongiorno are added, while Federico Gatti and Alex Meret are removed.
Morocco: Oussama Targhalline and Zakaria Aboukhlal are added, while Hakim Ziyech and Abdelhamid Sabiri are removed.
Netherlands: Lutsharel Geertruida and Luciano Valente are added, while Stefan de Vrij and Teun Koopmeiners are removed.
Spain: Aymeric Laporte and Yeremy Pino are added, while Ayoze Pérez and Álvaro Morata are removed.
Sweden: Emil Forsberg and Mattias Svanberg are added, while Gustaf Nilsson and Samuel Dahl are removed.
New Career Mode Wonderkids
For the managers looking to build a dynasty, this update adds some incredible Wonderkids to Career Mode. These young talents have high Potential and could be the future stars of your team.
Gilberto Mora
The biggest steal in this update is undoubtedly Gilberto Mora. Available in Free Agents, this 16-year-old CAM is already 73 Overall Rating and boasts a massive 87 Potential.
Because he is a free agent, his Value and Wage are both €0, making him an absolute must-sign for any club on a budget.
Robin Mirisola
In Belgium, KRC Genk has a gem in Robin Mirisola. The 18-year-old ST starts with a 65 Overall Rating but can grow to 83 Potential.
With a Value of €1.8M and a low Wage of €5K, he is an affordable striker project.
Wassim Bouziane
Looking at the Eredivisie, AZ Alkmaar’s Wassim Bouziane is an exciting prospect on the wing.
Aged 18, this LM has a 63 Overall Rating and 83 Potential. He is very accessible for smaller teams with a Value of €1.3M and a tiny Wage of €3K.
Kennedy Okpaleke
For managers needing a cheap defensive option, check out Kennedy Okpaleke at Fredrikstad FK.
At just 16 years old, this CB has a 55 Overall Rating but can reach 79 Potential. He is a bargain with a Value of €375K and a weekly Wage of just €500.
Nehemiah Oriola
In the Premier League, Brighton continues their tradition of youth development with Nehemiah Oriola.
This versatile 18-year-old can play CAM, LM, or RM. Starting at 59 Overall Rating, he has 78 Potential, a Value of €575K, and a Wage of €7K.
Selton Sánchez
Lastly, Athletic Club in LA LIGA introduces Selton Sánchez. The 18-year-old midfielder plays CAM or CM with a 62 Overall Rating.
He holds 78 Potential and costs around €1M in Value with a €5K Wage, making him a solid investment for the midfield.
