The World’s Game Update has turned EA FC 26 into an international football festival. With a brand‑new 48‑team tournament mode, you can now lead your country to glory – but not every nation is treated equally.
Some are fully licensed (real kits, crests, players), others are generic (real players but no official branding), and a few are working towards full authenticity.
In this guide, we’ll break down every national team available in the game, including which ones are licensed, which are generic, and what’s changing on June 4.
Below, check out the great video from my YouTube channel showcasing every team in their Home and Away Kits in high quality.

How to Access Them
- Tournament Mode: All 48+ nations are selectable in The World’s Game tournament (starting June 4).
- Kick‑Off: Use any licensed or generic team in a quick match.
- Career Mode: You can now add a national team to manage at the start of any new save – choose from the full list.

Final Tips
- If you want the most authentic experience, stick to the licensed nations.
- For a challenge, take a generic team like Egypt or Japan (with real star players) and lead them to glory without the official branding.
- Keep an eye on June 4 – Bosnia & Herzegovina and Congo DR will receive their authentic kits, so their status updates mid‑tournament.
Final Whistle
EA FC 26 now offers the most comprehensive international lineup ever – over 50 licensed nations plus a handful of generic teams that still feature real players.
Whether you’re leading Brazil to a sixth star, taking Morocco on a deep run, or guiding Egypt’s Salah to glory, the world’s game is at your fingertips.
Watch the video below to see every kit in action, then jump into The World’s Game tournament starting June 4. Good luck, manager.
