A new major squad update for EA FC 26 arrived on April 1, 2026, and it is now available on all platforms: PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and Nintendo Switch.
This update brings a mix of new kits, facial content, transfers, roster changes, Career Mode wonderkids, Player Career features, ICONs, and overall rating changes.
It is one of those updates that touches many different parts of the EA FC 26, so there is a lot for fans to look at. Let’s break down everything new.
Table of Contents
EA FC 26 Squad Update
New Kits
Chelsea fans, rejoice. The latest squad update adds a complete set of new kits for the Blues:

- Chelsea FC: New Home, Away, Third, and Goalkeeper kits – now available in-game.
- Chelsea Classic XI: Home, Away, and Goalkeeper kits for the legends squad.
- Chelsea Women’s: Home, Away, and Goalkeeper kits for the women’s team.
Whether you’re managing the men’s or women’s side, Stamford Bridge just got a fresh new look.
New Accessory & Celebration
Club Members Lenses: A new facial accessory is now available in Player Career. You can select it when creating a new player for that ultra-fan look.

Paul Pogba “Dub” Celebration: The iconic signature goal celebration is now available—but only in Football Ultimate Team (FUT). Finally, you can hit the “Dub” after scoring that clutch winner.
Hugo Ekitiké Update
EA SPORTS has applied a new Cranium Technology update to the generic face of Hugo Ekitiké. Good, but not enough!
However, Ekitiké still doesn’t have his real face—he was previously listed for EA FC Mobile but hasn’t made it to the console/PC version yet.
ReFIFA will continue reporting feedback until he gets his proper scan. We insist on the presence of this face in its full detail.
