A new EA FC 26 Squad Update (March 18, 2026) is now available across all platforms such as: PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and Nintendo Switch.
Over 50 new players with no real faces have been added to the FC 26 roster, with the vast majority being young, promising talents from across the globe.
Alongside these additions, a number of players have been removed, a new manager was added and another removed, rating adjustments have been applied, and more. Let’s take a look at everything new.

Dozens of young prospects (wonderkids) have been added across leagues in South America, MLS, Europe, and beyond. While none of them have Real Faces at this time, their potential makes them intriguing targets for long-term Career Mode saves.

The amazing coach Ashley Cole has been added to the game with a real face, coaching the Cesena team in Serie B. It’s a strong and good addition for fans of career mode.
Consequently, Alessio Dionisi, who also has a real face in the game and manages Empoli in Serie B, has been removed. We look forward to your return.

This March 18 Squad Update may lack the headline-grabbing Real Faces of previous patches, but for Career Mode fans, it’s a goldmine.
