- Ensure you have an existing Ultimate Team club

- Claim the reward on Twitch from the drops inventory page
- Log back into your Ultimate Team club and claim your objective before the objective window expires.

How do I claim a reward on Twitch?
While streaming on Twitch, you can monitor your Drops progress at any time via the Drops Inventory page.
Once you hit 100% progress for an active Drop in the campaign, a claim notification will appear at the top of your Twitch navigation.
If you miss claiming the Drop during the event, you can still retrieve it from the Drops Inventory page up to 24 hours after the campaign concludes.
How do I claim a reward on YouTube?
YouTube drops typically require no manual claiming. Once you fulfill the watch time requirements, your in-game rewards will be automatically granted via the in-game objective and delivered within 24 hours after the reward is processed on YouTube.
